The GE Profile dishwasher is a sleek, modern dishwasher equipped with high-tech gadgetry — like the SmartDispense II system that ensures sparkling dishes and a DeepClean cycle that will remove crusted-on food. According to the owner's manual, "reset" is used to change a cycle during washing. The "reset" button will sometimes refuse to respond, displaying 888 on the panel and necessitating a couple of quick tricks to ease it back into action.
