How to Use Rescue Remedy Before Competition

Rescue Remedy is a commercially sold homeopathic stress relief compound that was created by Edward Bach in the 1930s. It comes in liquid, spray, cream, gel and lozenge form. Using Rescue Remedy before a competition can help calm show nerves and allow you to focus on your performance.

Instructions

    • 1

Place four drops of Rescue Remedy into an 8 oz. glass of water and sip at the first sign of nervousness. Repeat as necessary.

    • 2

Spray two pumps of Rescue Remedy spray on the tongue for the same effect as a dose of the tincture. This spray can also be used as a body spray or room spray.

    • 3

Apply Rescue Remedy cream to cuts, bruises, abrasions and bumps. It can also be applied to the skin at the wrists, temples and neck for a soothing effect.

    • 4

Apply Rescue Remedy gel to sunburn, chapped lips, or bug bites. This topical treatment helps to soothe irritation.

    • 5

Eat one Rescue Remedy pastille lozenge for the same effect as the tincture, allowing ample time for the lozenge to dissolve before competition begins.
