Instructions

1. Access your account online. Navigate to your cell phone carrier's official website. Locate the screen feature that asks for your user name and password. Enter this information in the provided fields. If you have yet to create an online account, follow the website's instructions on how to create one.

2. Access your profile. Double-click on the profile icon that holds all of your personal information. Scroll down to the profile section that has a link to creating or changing your cell phone password.

3. Follow the cell phone carrier's password instructions. Most providers ask that you stick to their password guidelines. Make sure your password is between four to fifteen characters long and doesn't contain any spaces. Ensure that your password is case sensitive.
