  1. How to Make Diaper Cup Favors

    • 1

Place a napkin on a flat surface and flatten all edges to remove wrinkles. On the napkin, two corners are folded and two corners are unfolded and layered. Turn the napkin so the layered corners are facing to the left. Fold the top left layered corner down until it is even with the bottom right folded corner. You should now have a triangle shape. The fold you just created is the "waist" of the diaper.

    • 2

Turn the triangle so that point is facing you and the longest side of the triangle is facing away from you. The point of the triangle toward you should be open. Fold the top layer of the triangle straight up to the "waist" of the triangle. Turn the triangle over and fold the other layer of the triangle back to the center of the waist on the opposite side. Turn the "diaper" back over to the front again.

    • 3

Fold the right and left sides of the triangle inward until they are even with the center triangle. Hold the three points together and pin the diaper together, making sure the diaper pin pokes through the fold on the back to hold it in place as well.

    • 4

Flip the diaper so that the diaper pin is closest to the table. Squeeze the sides of the diaper so that the opening in the top spreads open, then press the bottom of the diaper into the table to flatten it so it stands up on its own. Fill the diaper with candy, nuts or mints, then wrap it in cellophane or tulle and tie it with a ribbon.

Tips & Warnings

  • Use napkins in a variety of colors to match your shower theme, or pink and blue if you know the baby is going to be a boy or girl.
