How to Make Goat Milk & Oatmeal Scrub
Few things can leave us feeling more radiant than glowing and flawless skin. Yet when our pores get clogged from pollutants in the environment, or simply from oilier skin, we can usually rely on a nice facial scrub to help cleanse pores and get us feeling fresh again. Being that scrubs can be expensive, it is a great idea to make your own at home. Things You'll Need
- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 1/2 cup ground oatmeal
- 2 bags green tea
- 1/2 cup jojoba oil
- 1 cup goat milk
- Bowl
- Mortar and pestle
- Scissors
- Spoon

Gather the ingredients. You can buy many of these items at your grocery store. The goat milk is often found in the natural foods sections, but the jojoba oil may be a bit harder to locate. Specialty shops and places that include natural remedies may be more likely to carry this product.

If you oatmeal isn't already ground, use a mortar and pestle to grind it. Do this by sprinkling in a bit of oatmeal and working it into a fine powder.

Combine ground oatmeal, baking soda, jojoba oil and goat milk in a bowl and mix. Once they are combined thoroughly, set the bowl aside.

Cut open the tea bags with a clean pair of scissors or a knife, and add the contents to the other ingredients. Continue to mix everything together.

Separate into two batches. Use half of the amount you made as your scrub. Apply the mixture directly on your face, or on any other part of your skin while you are in the shower or in the bath. This goat milk and oatmeal scrub is a particularly great exfoliate and remedy to remove dead skin, leaving your skin flawless and smooth.

Tips & Warnings
You will want to store the unused portion of your scrub in the refrigerator to keep it fresh. It can last for up to one week in the fridge.
