  1. Step 1

  3. Step 3

    Lower caffeine-induced hyper-activity. Lavender has been found effective in reducing caffeine-induced hyper-activity; it helps in relieving headaches and promoting a deeper and longer sleep due to relaxation of the nerves which clears the thinking and strengthens the nervous system.

  4. Step 4

    Heal wounds with lavender essential oil. Lavender has essential oils molecular structure made up of very small molecules, which works its magic when applied directly on the wounds or scars without diluting it. This oil has a wondrous skin healing properties hence a beneficial ingredient in many skincare products.

  5. Step 5

    Reduce allergic reactions. Lavender contains a linalool (volatile oil) helpful in preventing allergic reactions common in human bodies such as gas and bloating in intestines. Furthermore, it has been found effective in relaxing the bronchial passages and reducing inflammatory.
