  1. Step 1

First, you want to avoid shampooing your hair too often. Shampoos are maid of chemicals that can be hard on your hair and cause it to fallout. Less shampooing can cut down on some hair loss. Cutting back on any chemicals you may choose to use on your hair can be a good thing. Chemicals are harsh and cause damage to your hair and result in your hair falling out.

Secondly, don't comb and brush your hair often. It is a good idea to comb your hair in the morning and then only touch it up when it is absolutely necessary. Excessive brushing and combing can cause hair loss. Combing and brushing is a habit for many of us and should be stopped.

  3. Step 3

Third, eat properly, maintain a good diet with the right amount of vitamins and minerals. Drink water and exercise. Exercise keeps the blood flowing in your body and good circulation is necessary fr good hair growth.

Lastly, if you notice you are losing your hair, remember attitude is everything.
