How to Make Coffee Dipping Flavor Spoons for Holiday Gifts

These spoons are great gifts for the holidays for your coworkers or friends. It takes about a total of forty five minutes to prepare and they have a great taste too.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 box of semi sweet
  • chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of heavy whipped cream
  • 48-50 spoons (8 per flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon each of 8 of the extracts: mint, almond, orange, raspberry, lemon, vanilla, coconut, rum, ground nutmeg and ground cinnamon
  • Holiday ribbons
  • 1 plastic wrap
  1. Step 1

    Place the semi sweet chocolate chip in food processor bowl and set it aside, and in the meantime microwave the whipping cream in a microwaveable bowl for two minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Add the boiling cream to the chocolate chips and let it sit for about a minute, then blend them in the mixer until it seems smooth and creamy.

  3. Step 3

    Place a third of a cup of the chocolate mix into each of eight small bowls and add one teaspoon of the extracts and label them with the extract flavors.

  4. Step 4

    Line two large sheet pans with foil and arrange the spoons on them and now using six spoons of the chocolate ganache and place them in the fridge for thirty minutes until the chocolate hardens.

  5. Step 5

    To finish wrap the spoons in a plastic wrap and tie them with a small ribbon
