Have you just left a relationship where you felt abandoned and really have no closure? Perhaps your spouse or partner is so busy telling you what you are not instead of celebrating what you are. Have you just lost your self esteem due to weight gain or personal loss like a job or death? So many things can effect the way you feel about yourself. Here are just a few tips to you get back in touch with self and get your sexy back.

  1. Step 1

    Let go of anything and everyone who has let you go. Moving on is hard especially if you have been in a relationship for awhile. If it's over, then let it be over. Accept it and move on.

  2. Step 2

    Start a journal and write down your feelings. In the beginning it will be a lot of negative. Know that it's alright to write it down. This is therapeutic in letting things go. A few month from now you will notice the changes in your journal and this will help you move on.

  3. Step 3

    Take the time each day to be still and meditate. Getting back in touch with who you are is key to getting your sexy back. A moment each day spent on up lifting and celebrating who you are will do wonders for your spirit.

  4. Step 4

    If just leaving a relationship, don't feel the need to rush into another. Be up front with the person and just relax and have fun. You will find people will be drawn to you and when the time is right you will know.

  5. Step 5

    Take time out for you and make small goals. Whether it be lose 10 pounds or change your eating habits, whatever you choose make sure you are doing it for you and no one else.

  6. Step 6

    Purchase some sexy underwear. Something to just make you feel beautiful. Only you need know you have it on. It will do wonders for your self esteem. The idea is to focus on you. Getting your sexy back is more about finding yourself once again.
