How to Make a Ring Bearer Cushion
The little details will make your wedding special, such as a handmade ring bearer's pillow. The wedding ring cushion is a small pillow on which a junior member of the bridal party carries the wedding rings. These are generally small, ornate pillows that reflect the wedding's colors on white satin. A young boy, known as the ring bearer, carries the pillow down the aisle, holding the rings during the ceremony. If you create this little keepsake by hand, you will keep it in your family forever.

3
Use 1-1/2 yards of wide satin ribbon to tie a bow around the middle of the pillow. Take straight pins and tack down the loops of your bow. Hide the pins in the loops.

4
Add another small bow made from narrow satin ribbon. This will hold imitation rings. Secure the small bow in any corner of the pillow with a few stitches.

5
Sew a 2-inch tassel onto 1-1/2 yards of satin cording. Fold the sewn piece in half and tie it around the large bow in the middle of the loops.

6
Take a hot glue gun and very carefully glue the imitation rings onto the small bow.
