Tips & Warnings
Buy essential oil of thyme instead of making a tincture, if desired. Use a dropper to dilute the essential oil in a ratio of 15 drops of essential oil to two tablespoons olive or vegetable oil.
Do not take essential oil internally. Always dilute essential oil to avoid skin irritation. In the case of infusions, do not exceed two cups daily when taken internally. If pregnant or if taking central nervous system depressants or stimulants, always consult a health care professional before beginning herbal treatments.
