    Try doing a detox to help cleanse the system. There are lots of ways to detox the body, which helps to flush out toxins and other things that have built up in the digestive system. There are detox diets, detox supplements, and even teas that help to detoxify the body. Even adding lemon juice to your water can help flush out more toxins as well as bacteria.

  4. Step 4

    Check to see if you are allergic to dairy. Many people with digestive problems are actually lactose intolerant, but were never aware of the problem. There are many different degrees of lactose intolerance, so it may be worth looking into. Or you can just try to cut back on dairy intake.
