Things You'll Need:
- Vegetable Oil
- Pan
- Water

Step 1
Put some water in the pan with the tapa and bring it to a boil. Let the beef tapa remain in pan until the water has evaporated. This step is important as it will make the beef tapa more tender and less rubbery.

Step 2
Next put a small amount of vegetable oil in the pan and fry the tapa on both side. Some people like it burnt but for me I do not like burned food but to any extent cook it to your personal specifications.

Step 3
Once cooked serve it hot with eggs and rice.
