Things You'll Need:
- 12 tart shells
- 1 can of solid pumpkin
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of pumpkin pie spice
- ½ cup of half and half
- 1 aerosol can of dairy whipped cream (optional)

Step 1
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and in the meantime place the tart shells on a foil line baking sheet and set them aside. And beat the eggs well for about three minutes or one minute with an electrical whisk.

In a bowl put the beaten eggs, the pumpkin and the pumpkin pie spice, the brown sugar and the half and half and stir well so it blends and is completely smooth.

Step 3
Fill each tart with a quarter cup of pumpkin filling.

Bake the tarts in the oven for twenty five minutes and when done let them cool for about fifteen minutes and at this point add a dollop of whipped cream on top if you want.
