Things You'll Need
- 1/2 cup soy milk
Pour soy milk into the bowl.
Set a white washcloth in the soy milk and allow it to soak for 60 seconds.
Hold the soy-soaked washcloth on your face for five minutes.
Rinse your face with warm water, and pat dry with a towel.
Tips & Warnings
- A white washcloth is necessary because it won't transfer any dye in to your pores like colored cloths can.
- If the washcloth isn't big enough to cover your whole face, wash the top half of your face first and then wash the bottom half.
- Aloe vera can be used as a substitute for soy milk.
