Washing your face with soy milk will soothe dry, red or irritated skin. Soy milk can soften and nourish your skin, giving it a healthy glow. Soy milk is milk and can be used on a daily basis as part of your grooming procedure.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • Bowl
  • Washcloth
  • Water
  • Towel
  1. Step 1

Pour soy milk into the bowl.

  2. Step 2

Set a white washcloth in the soy milk and allow it to soak for 60 seconds.

  3. Step 3

Hold the soy-soaked washcloth on your face for five minutes.

  4. Step 4

Rinse your face with warm water, and pat dry with a towel.

Tips & Warnings
  • A white washcloth is necessary because it won't transfer any dye in to your pores like colored cloths can.
  • If the washcloth isn't big enough to cover your whole face, wash the top half of your face first and then wash the bottom half.
  • Aloe vera can be used as a substitute for soy milk.
  • Soy milk also can be used in a face mask, combined with pumpkin puree and honey.
