Balance energy with crystals by working with chakras or energy centers. Crystals work by creating vibrational balance and by channeling and releasing blocked chi (energy). Use crystals to amplify energy with acupressure, massage and cleansing.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Colored crystals to match chakras (See Resources 2)
  1. Step 1

Amplify and direct the natural energies that surround you all the time. Hold a crystal. The workbook, "Enhancing Your Mind, Body, Spirit", describes how to heal with crystal energy. Move the stone up from your feet as you visualize golden light rising up from the earth and into your feet. Feel the golden energy moving up your body as you move the stone up your body. Use the energized crystal to direct its golden energy to any afflicted part of your body. As you rub the stone over the problem area, imagine that the energy generated by the crystal is radiating and healing you.

  2. Step 2

Massage with crystals. According to "Enhancing Your Mind, Body, Spirit", you can rub a crystal over an ailing part of your body. Imagine the stone's energy healing your affliction. Apply light massage-like strokes. Use a spherical or egg-shaped stone for massage.

  3. Step 3

Use a crystal healing wand on acupressure points. (See Resources for acupressure points chart.) Apply the pointed end of a crystal wand with pinpoint accuracy to affected areas of the chakras that have blocked chi.

  4. Step 4

Select a clear, white crystal for body cleansing. Allow the stone to gently rest on each chakra. Then, hold the crystal a couple of inches in front of your Crown chakra. Pass the stone over each chakra downward to your feet.
