Smoke odor can be overwhelming and we all know that if you smoke your hands will smell like cigarette smoke. So how can you get rid of smoke smell on your hands? While soap and water alone won't do the trick getting rid of smoke smell doesn't have to be super hard. Just follow these steps to stay good bye to smoke odor on your hands!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Distilled white vinegar
  • Warm Water
  • Hand soap
  • Towel
  1. Step 1

Smoke odor removal begins at your sink. You will need to fill your sink with warm water. Just fill it deep enough to cover your hands.

  2. Step 2

Add 1 cup of distilled white vinegar to the water in the sink. As you are adding the distilled white vinegar pour it over your hands.

  3. Step 3

Now place your hands into the sink. Let your hands soak in the vinegar and water solution for about one minute. While your hands are soaking wiggle your finger around and rub your hands together a little to help the vinegar soak into your skin.

  4. Step 4

Take you hands out of the water and rinse them with warm water. Now smell your hands. If you can still smell the smoke smell you will need to soak your hands a little longer.

  5. Step 5

When you can no longer smell the smoke odor on your hands drain the sink and wash your hands with regular hand soap and water.

  6. Step 6

Dry your hands and enjoy the fact that getting rid of smoke smell wasn't that hard!
