2. The second step is to use the pencil to fill in natural looking eyebrows. Only use the pencil lightly to do this. Next you are going to darken the lines you filled in with the pencil by using the eye shadow. By blending the pencil and the eye shadow together this will make your eyebrows look natural and will disguise over plucked eyebrows very well
