How to Make Champagne Tomato Gratin

This recipe takes about a total of forty five minutes to make and it serves about six to eight people.
This dish is best served either hot or warm.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 1/2 cups of champagne sweet tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh oregano
  • 5 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1/2 bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of cracked pepper
  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit and in a deep pan spray with non stick olive oil spray and put it aside.

  2. Step 2

    In the meantime cut the tomatoes in halves, and in a bowl mix the chopped oregano, garlic and bread crumbs and set them aside.

  3. Step 3

    Next arrange half of the tomatoes in the baking pan and sprinkle with the mix that you set aside and add the salt and pepper. Then arrange the other half of the tomatoes on top of the mixture facing down and drizzle the olive oil on top.

  4. Step 4

    Put in the oven and roast tomatoes for about thirty minutes always on 400 degrees Fahrenheit and when ready garnish with the fresh parsley and serve while still warm.
