      Submit a complaint for mismanagement or violation of HUD regulations, rules or laws by calling HUD's toll-free phone number, (800) 347-3735.

      Mail a complaint to HUD by filling out an OIG Hotline Complaint Intake Form and sending it to the HUD Office of Inspector General Hotline, GFI, at 451 7th Street SW in Washington, DC 20410. You can download this form in the resource section listed below.

      Use email to submit a complaint to HUD online; send the email to hotline@hudoig.gov. You can also fax an OIG Hotline Complaint Intake Form to HUD by filling it out and submitting it to the fax number (202) 708-4829.
