A Cathe body ball is an exercise or stability ball made by Cathe Friedrich. Cathe Friedrich is a fitness instructor who has a line of home workout videos and accessories. Her body ball is used to perform different exercises by sitting or laying on the ball. It is also used to help your posture and balance, and tone your muscles. The Cathe body ball can be inflated by the air pump that is included when you purchase it.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Cathe body ball
  • Measuring tape (included with the ball)
  • Foot air pump
  1. Step 1

Remove the ball from its packaging and remove the measuring tape. Place the measuring tape on the floor, and place the body ball on top of the tape. Take the tape and connect the two ends.

  2. Step 2

Insert the air nozzle in between the tape, and into the air hole. Place the foot pump on the floor. The air hole should be facing up. Make sure the nozzle is secure in the body ball.

  3. Step 3

Begin pumping the air pump with your foot. Slowly pump the ball until it is fully inflated. Do not over-inflate. Remove the nozzle when the ball is full, and place your finger over the air hole so no air escapes. Plug the hole up. Remove the measuring tape.

Tips & Warnings
  • The measuring tape is used so you know exactly how full to make the ball.
  • Take care of the ball, and do not leave it near a sharp object, as it could pop the ball.
