How to Become a DMS Ultrasound Technician

Ultrasound is a form of medical technology, which uses sound frequencies to diagnose illnesses and medical conditions. It is commonly used as a non-invasive way to monitor fetal development, monitor and diagnose breast masses, and to diagnose other lumps and conditions. DMS ultrasound, or Diagnostic Medical Sonography, is the name given to the use of ultrasound in diagnostic settings.
