Find an injection site that allows you to inject the growth hormone into the adipose tissue beneath your skin. The most commonly used sites are the buttocks, thighs, and abdomen since they provide the most available fatty tissue. Thoroughly wash your hands before you begin.

Mix the growth hormone powder with the dilute in the vial provided. Hold the vial that contains the growth hormone and dilute upside down and puncture the container with the syringe. Pull upwards on the syringe to pull the substance inside. Read the side of the syringe to make sure you're bringing the prescribed amount of medication into it.

Pull the syringe out of the vial and tap on the syringe 2-3 times to raise the air bubbles that could be present. While you are tapping on the syringe, push upwards gently on the shaft to help the air bubbles release. Using a disinfecting wipe, clean the area in which you intend to inject the syringe to ensure that it's bacteria free.

Pull approximately a 1-inch slab of body fat as far away from the body as possible and inject the needle at a 45 degree angle into the skin. When the syringe is approximately 1/4 of an inch deep into the skin, release the chemicals from inside the vial.

Dispose of the used syringe and vial using the provided disposal kit. Never throw used syringes or chemicals away without using proper disposal methods.

Tips & Warnings
The best time to administer this product is at night. Develop a regular schedule for injections at night before bed to ensure optimal results.
Never re-use any of the equipment used during the injection process, especially the syringe. If bacteria attaches itself to a syringe and it's subsequently injected into your skin, it can cause serious medical ramifications.
