-
3
Sand the floor to remove the layer of sealer.
-
4
Sweep the floor to remove all debris.
-
5
Power wash the floor to clean it thoroughly. Allow it to completely dry and apply painters tape to the edges to prevent paint from going over the floor trim.

9
Apply the primer to the walls. Allow this to dry for several hours.
-
10
Paint the walls using a 'W" motion using the paint roller. This motion utilizes small sections of the wall and paints a "W" and then begins to fill in the section with smaller "w" strokes.
-
11
Allow the walls to dry and apply a second coat the same was as you did in Step 4.

Examine the door to see if you need to sand any areas where paint may be chipping or scratches in the door. If you do need to sand, go to Step 3. If not, skip to Step 3.

Sand the door to create a smooth surface.
-
14
Power wash the door to remove all dirt, mold and mildew.
-
15
Cover any edges with painters tape to stay on target with the paint and prevent accidental streaks over windows or trim.
