Things You'll Need:
- A Shaklee consultant
- Invitations
- Snacks and beverages
-
Step 1
Plan a party date with your Shaklee consultant. Select a time of day that reflects the guests you will be inviting. Will your guest list include stay-at-home moms with young children? Plan for a party in the morning or a little later in the afternoon, so as to avoid losing guests due to nap time. Will your guest list include working women? Plan for an evening party or something on the weekend so that guests can attend.
-
Step 2
Send out invitations to your guests. Make sure the invitations explain some kind of information about Shaklee as a company and its purpose, so that guests know what to expect. It is possible that your Shaklee consultant will have premade invitations or clear information about what to put on the invitation, so be sure to ask for details.
-
Step 3
Prepare snacks and beverages for your guests. Because Shaklee focuses on providing environmentally friendly items, consider offering your guests healthy snacks, such as a fruit and vegetable tray with hummus dip or tea sandwiches on whole-grain bread. For beverages, try to offer mineral water, iced green tea or an herbal iced tea mixed with fruit juice.
-
Step 4
Prepare the party space for your guests. Set out chairs, and light soy-based candles to create ambiance. Turn on quiet music for the background as guests are arriving. If your Shaklee consultant has display information, clear a table for the displays, and make sure the information is in clear view of the guests. If your consultant will be showing a DVD, be sure to prepare the television and DVD player in advance.
