How to Remove a Small Bubbled Rust Spot

Removing a small bubbled rust spot can be challenging. If moisture works its way behind the sheet metal, it can cause the metal to oxidize. If the metal oxidizes, it l begins to rust. Sometimes, the rust isn't apparent. The first signs of rusting metal are a bubbling up of the paint under the rust spot. As soon as you see this, or rust coming through the bubbled rust spot, remove it as quickly as possible before it spreads.
