Glue 14 wine corks onto the front of the plywood, in two rows of seven corks. Glue the corks individually, and press each into the glue for 10 seconds.

Slice a wine cork lengthwise to the halfway point. Use a box cutter or a razor blade to ensure a smooth cut.

Glue the sliced wine cork to the cork that is in the center of the top row on the plywood. Make sure the cut in the cork is parallel to the top edge of the plywood. Press the cork into the glue for 10 seconds, and let dry.

Place a picture of the bride and groom into the sliced wine cork.

Pin a thank-you note into the wine corks. Use a push pin that is complementary to your wedding colors.
