Things You'll Need:
- 2 Tablespoons of Sweet Almond Oil
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Evening Primrose Oil
- 5 Drops of Sandalwood Oil
- 3 Drops of Ylang Ylang Oil
- 2 Drops of Clary Sage Oil
- 1 Drop of Neroli Oil

Step 1
Gently whisk together the sweet almond oil and evening primrose oil in a small mixing bowl. Continue to whisk the mixture gently, adding in the sandalwood oil, ylang ylang oil, clary sage oil and neroli oil.

Pour about one teaspoon of the oil mixture into a palm, then rub your palms together to gently warm the oil, this helps it to absorb more easily through the skin.

Step 3
Gently massage the oil into the skin. It can be used for a full body massage, but I suggest focusing on areas that are closer to the nose, such as the shoulders, chest and lower neck area. Use more of the oil as needed.
