Step 1
Select the essential oils that you would like to use. There are several great essential oils that can be used to help relax hyperactive children. The oils I recommend using include Sage, Tangerine, Orange, Neroli, Marjoram, Ylang Ylang, Cypress, Hyssop and Juniper. You can use just one, but ideally I would suggest using 3-4 oils. One mix I recommend is Orange, Marjoram and Juniper.

Step 2
Use 10-15 drops of essential oils for each treatment, depending on your preference for strength and how far you want it to carry.

Put the oils into your regular diffuser, or if you don't have one, boil 4-5 cups of water, then add the oil once the water begins to boil. Once you have added the oils, lower it to a simmer and allow it to simmer until the scent has faded.
