Your family has enjoyed a mouth watering roast, but what should you do with the leftovers? :)

Also, do not throw any broth away from the roast. It makes a delicious homemade gravy if you decide to make open faced roast beef sandwiches. That is an entirely different recipe :) I will write it later.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • leftover roast
  • BBQ sauce
  • buns
  1. Step 1

First you will want to flake your roast (seperate it). It is easier when it is warmed up. It comes apart quicker. Warm up the flaked left over roast and mix with your favorite BBQ sauce. I recommend Jack Daniels sauce. It takes about 5 minutes to warm up completely.

  2. Step 2

Spread the BBQ concoction over one side of the bun. You may even want to toast your buns as well.

  3. Step 3

Serve with chips or mashed potatoes. Some may even enjoy thinly sliced onion or sauteed onion. You can add extra BBQ sauce or even mustard. It is also good served with the leftover potatoes and carrots that you enjoyed the night before with the roast.
