How to Get Neopets to Delete All of My Neopets

Neopets is a virtual pet community where users can create and care for up to four pets at a time. Players use Neopoints, a virtual currency, to purchase food, toys, clothing and other items for their Neopets. 1. Abandon your Neopets at the pound. Go to the Neopian Plaza or click on the Pet Central link on the menu bar at the top of almost any page. In the pound, choose the blue door on the right to abandon your Neopet for 250 Neopoints. You can only abandon one Neopet per day and the Neopet must be at least seven days old.

2. Transfer your unwanted Neopet to a new owner at the pound by clicking on the middle door. Transfers cost 1,000 Neopoints and are subject to strict rules. Only one Neopet per month can be transferred into and out of an account; if the new owner does not accept your Neopet within three days, it will be returned to you.

3. To rid yourself of all your Neopets, formally close your account by visiting www.neopets.com/autoform_support.phtml?support=remacct

Tips & Warnings

• Once you abandon your Neopet, all wearable items will be returned to your closet and Battledome equipment will be returned to your inventory.

• It is very difficult to reacquire a Neopet that has been abandoned. Be sure that you are ready to give up your Neopet.

• If you abandon your Neopet, any attached Petpet will also be abandoned.
