If you want to clean out your Internet file cache because it has been running slow, but there are some files you do not want to delete, you will need to access your cookies. On an HP computer, like other Windows computers, all the Internet browsing files are kept in a temporary folder on your computer. You can delete them all at once, or you can view them and choose what you want to delete. If there is information you want to stay stored in your history, then it's best to manually delete them.
