How to Put on Cross Country Ski Boots
Cross country skiing is one of the most aerobic sports, and pursuing it is a great way to avoid the winter blahs while getting a great workout. Cross country skiing can be done in tracks made for the skis at nordic resorts, or in the backcountry as a form of hiking. Putting on your cross country boots is a relatively simple process, and having them securely fitted to your foot will make skiing much easier.
