How to Roll a Cigarette Succesfully

Rolling tobacco cigarettes is a cheap an effective way to smoke. A container of rolling papers costs somewhere between $1 and $3, depending on the brand of rolling papers that you select. A 12 oz. bag of smoking tobacco only costs a little over $10. If you buy these supplies for smoking instead of cigarettes, you will save a very large amount of money, seeing as a bag of pipe tobacco for the cigarettes will easily produce at least 200 cigarettes, and papers are sold in small packages of 100 or more. These tips will demonstrate how to roll the perfect tobacco cigarette.

Things You'll Need

• Rolling papers
• Pipe Tobacco (8 or 12 oz. bag)

Instructions

1. Put a couple pinches of pipe tobacco in the center of your rolling paper. Make sure that the glue to seal the paper is facing you, and that it is at the top of the paper.

2. Pack the tobacco down inside the paper before and after you start wrapping it. While packing it, form it into cigarette shape by applying pressure and pushing down on the tobacco at different places to mold it into a good cigarette shape. If this step is skipped, tobacco will easily fall out after you wrap it. As you push the tobacco down, gently roll the paper with the tobacco in it back and forth in your fingers.

3. Pull the glue-sided part of the paper toward you and wrap it around the other edge's underside.

4. Once you have the tobacco tightly wrapped in the rolling paper, lick it, but not in excess, and connect it to the underside of the other edge's underside.

5. Ignite your lighter and slowly move it under the cigarette about 4 inches away from it. This will dry your saliva on the cigarette.

Tips & Warnings

• Do not use too much saliva when wetting the glue for your cigarette. This will make the paper tear more easily.

• Quitting smoking will greatly reduce serious risks to your health.
