How to Get Rid of Fat Rolls
Fat rolls can be found all over the body, from the upper arms to the lower stomach. These rolls can be an indication that you need to lose some weight, which is not always easy to do. Rather than focusing on the area in which you would like to get rid of fat rolls, embark upon a general weight loss plan to shrink fat cells and get healthy. Make sure to talk with your doctor before developing a new diet and exercise routine.

1
Follow a sensible eating plan. Substitute foods that are high in fat, calories and sugar with fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
-
2
Do a minimum of 30 minutes of cardiovascular activity five days per week, as recommended by the Harvard School of Public Health. Any kind of exercise that gets your heart pumping is going to help you lose those fat rolls, whether it is walking, running, swimming, hiking or playing tennis.

-
3
Increase the intensity of your workouts as your fitness level increases. Turn your brisk walk into a jog, or try to swim at a faster pace. Cardiovascular exercises are crucial for achieving overall weight loss, which will fight the fat rolls.
-
4
Spot tone the area in which you wish to get rid of fat rolls. Do one set of exercises with 8 to 15 reps per set, eventually increasing to two sets. Do this three to four times a week for optimum results. See resources for exercise suggestions for the stomach, lower back and arms.
-
5
Continue with your diet and exercise plan even after you have achieved the desired results. You can scale back the intensity of your workouts and add a few more calories to maintain your physical fitness, but do not revert to your old ways or the fat rolls will return.
