How to Make Frenzy Barbarian on Diablo 2
Diablo II is a popular fantasy role-playing and action-adventure game for the PC. In Diablo II, players choose from a variety of heroes to battle monsters throughout their quest, one of which is the Barbarian. The Barbarian is a hero that focuses on hand-to-hand combat and gains skills that bolster melee power. Frenzy is an ability that Barbarians can learn at level 24, which enables them to attack at an extremely fast rate while using two weapons.

Create a barbarian character and play through the game until you are level 24.

As you level up, spend skill points on the skills on the combat skill tree that are the prerequisites for the frenzy skill, namely bash, double swing, and double throw (you have to spend one point in each of these skills to gain access to frenzy.)

Spend the skill point gained on your 24th level in the frenzy skill, and continue spending new skill points in frenzy as you level up until it is maxed out with 20 points. Spending points in double swing and taunt will increase the effects of the frenzy ability.

Equip your character with two one-handed weapons that have a fast attack speed. The purpose of using a frenzy barbarian is to attack at an extremely fast speed. Using two weapons or "dual wielding" is the best way to attack fast. Weapons like axes and swords tend to have faster attack speed.

Use the frenzy ability as your main way to deal damage as you progress through the game.

Tips & Warnings
The frenzy ability takes some mana to use, but not a tremendous amount. If you equip an item with a small amount of mana stealing, it would replenish your mana enough to use frenzy indefinitely.
Using two weapons means you will have lower defenses since you wont have a shield. Equipping items that give health stealing can help you keep your health up as you take damage and kill enemies quickly.
