How to Transfer Characters Between Different Accounts in WoW
If you have multiple World of Warcraft accounts and decide you would like to transfer a character, Blizzard, owner of World of Warcraft, allows characters to be transferred from one account to another. Blizzard's policy says that "transfers between accounts can be done only if you are the registered user on both accounts. (We do not support the transfer of characters between friends, guild mates or family members.)"

Tips & Warnings
Each character transfer costs $25.
Once you have completed the transfer request process, you'll receive a confirmation email noting the details of your character transfer.
When you transfer a character whose name is already in use on the target realm, you will be prompted to select a new name once the character is selected for game play.
While in the transfer process, your character may still appear on its original realm, but the character will be grayed out. Blizzard notes that "character transfers may take up to five days to process. You won't be able to play the characters you signed up for a transfer during that time."
It is not possible to transfer characters to or from a suspended account. Blizzard explains: "Characters may not be transferred to or from a suspended, temporary or permanently disabled account. Customers with expansion accounts cannot transfer characters to a non-expansion account. The reverse is accepted."
