Step 1
Look at your account everyday to check articles.Look at your articles everyday. I found one article today that had a date next to it that said expires November 25, 2009. This article had been on the eHow account for several months and now all of a sudden had an expiration date along side my posted article. I reworded the article and it was immediately accepted and the expiration date is no longer there.
-
Step 2
Learn the rules of the ehow website.Following all the guidelines that Ehow requires are necessary to learn. To prevent your articles from being deleted and to remain on your account, make sure the rules are followed. Read other ehow material and question if you are not sure of the validity of the information. EHow is a business and if we treat our dealings in a business like manner, our articles will conform and remain published on the website.
-
Step 3
Avoid the words understand and know in your titles if you want to avoid deletion of your article. There are many ways to express your title without using those in your subject line. Choose your titles wisely so your articles remain on the site. I was told this by a seasoned ehow person, who said she received her information from an ehow announcement.
-
Step 4
Use proper grammar and spelling along with clear details so your articles will not be removed. If they are not precise or contain errors in the English language, you could find them gone from your account and ehow.
-
Step 5
Give credit to your resources and photography. Create original articles and not copied or plagiarized from other sources or that material can be removed. Not only is your article gone but you can be banned from ever using eHow.

on 12/4/2009 I never knew EHow put expiration dates on articles - are you certain of this? That's crazy and I am in awe they would even do this, as it would serve them no purpose. In fact our articles have better chances of becoming indexed and ranking the older they get. Wow... Goodselfme you are a rock star! Anybody that has published over 48,000 articles and over 500 recommends must be a super hero! I couldn't pull that off even if I hired an entire room full of ghostwriters. Very impressive !!!
