  1. Step 1

    START RUNNING

    Running is one of the best calorie-burning forms of exercise and is a great cardiovascular form of exercise for helping to rid love handles fast. Burning a lot of calories through exercise will help you lose body fat -- including your pockets of love handle fat.

    START STAIR-CLIMBING

    A close second to running in the calorie-burning department, stair-climbing, or stair-stepping, is a great tool for helping to rid love handles fast. Whether you use the stair-stepper machine at the gym, or run up and down flights of stairs, doing regular stair-stepping routines will help you tone your midsection and lose your love handle flab!

    FORGET SIDE BENDS OR TWISTS

    When trying to rid love handles fast, forget about doing side bends, side twists, or even crunches. While these exercises are great for toning, they do nothing to help you lose abdominal and love handle fat.     You must drastically reduce your caloric intake in order to rid love handles fast.
