The Friday after Thanksgiving is known as Black Friday. Black Friday means big deals at pretty much every retail store. To make sure you get the best Black Friday deals you need to plan ahead. So grab that Black Friday ad and follow these steps to make the most of your shopping spree!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Black Friday Ad
  • Money
  1. Step 1

Before you even look at the Black Friday ads you need to make your shopping list. Make sure you list gift ideas for each person you need to buy for this holiday season. Also list any items that you may need but have put off purchasing.

  2. Step 2

Now that you have your list you can take a look at the Black Friday ad. Look through all of the ads to find the gifts on your list. If you find one of the gifts on your list write circle it on the Black Friday ad. On your list write down what store this item is at. If it is at multiple stores write down all the stores. Do this for each ad and each item on your list. Some items may not be in any of the ads and that's okay. But chances are most of them will be in at least one ad.

  3. Step 3

Now that you have figured out what items are at what stores lets organize a bit. Throw away any of the Black Friday ads that have none of your gifts in them. Get rid of the clutter!

  4. Step 4

Now look at your list and find an item that is on sale at multiple stores. Check all of the ads again and figure out which store has the best deal. When you locate the best deal circle that store on your list and cross the other stores off.

  5. Step 5

Go through each item on your list to double check the deals and pick the best one.

  6. Step 6

Now that you have the best deals located for each gift lets make our shopping lists sorted by store. Place the name of the store at the top of the page and list each item you need from that store. Paperclip the lists to the appropriate stores Black Friday ad.

  7. Step 7

Now you will need to get to bed so you can get up early to shop! Make sure you have your ads, shopping lists, and money together in one spot so you aren't rushing around in the morning trying to find everything.

  8. Step 8

Now that Black Friday is here you need to plan on being at the stores bright and early. Go to the store that you have the most things to purchase at first. Then move down your list based on the number of items you have to purchase at each store. This will help you maximize your shopping time and get the best deals.

  9. Step 9

    Remember to have fun!!!
