There are ways to help prevent and stop memory loss. Memory loss is part of growing older, but it doesn't always have to be. Below are some tips on how to prevent, and stop memory loss naturally.

      Follow a low fat diet to help prevent memory loss. High fat diets have been proven to help aid memory loss.

      Add more Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 to your diet. Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 help brain functions. Try to get more foods high in both B Vitamins, or add supplements to your daily routine.

      Eat more raw nuts and seeds. Raw nuts and seeds, as well as flaxseed oil and wheat germ oil, have all been proven to enhance brain functions, including memory.
