Google Wave offers real-time collaboration through video chatting.

Google Wave is a real-time communication platform that allows users to chat, share documents, brainstorm, track tasks and create discussions among a group of contacts. Many functions, such as video chatting, are available only by installing a third-party extension. As of 2011, Google is no longer actively developing Google Wave as a stand-alone application. Google has plans to make all waves accessible through Google Docs after Google Waves has been shut down.
