    Schedule. Make going to the relationship therapy sessions a priority. Make an honest effort to change the relationship. Write down the actions that you do take each day or week that are suggested by the therapist.

  3. Step 3

    Free Relationship Advice. Free advice will take you to a certain point, however sometimes when you pay for therapy sessions, book, ebook, dvd, or other advice from a relationship expert you may have better results. These results may occur from being involved financially with the relationship advice. Sometimes free advice does not go into enough details.
