Have you ever had dandruff? It’s the why specks that you may have noticed on someone’s hair. While there’s no medical harm in having dandruff, it can be embarrassing. Rather than spending so much on dandruff shampoo (which contains so much other chemicals as well), try this natural remedy...

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • White, distilled vinegar
  1. Step 1

First, make sure your head is over a sink or you are in the shower; otherwise, you may make a mess where you do not want to. Pour some white, distilled vinegar on your hair and massage your hair and scalp with your fingers so that the vinegar is fully contacted with the scalp.

  2. Step 2

Allow the vinegar to dry for a few minutes (approximately 5-10 minutes). Then wash your hair just like you would in your shower, making sure you get all the vinegar off; otherwise, it could smell.

  3. Step 3

Try this for a few days and you should see the dandruff begin to disappear (usually less than a week). Generally, the more dandruff you have, the longer it may take.
