This is a great meal just by itself or as a side dish for the winter months and your holiday preparation meals. The following recipe makes for about eight to ten servings and it takes about a little less than an hour to prepare and bake.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 8 ounces of pork sausage
  • 4 cups of seasoned stuffing
  • ½ stick of butter or margarine
  • 1 chopped apple
  • ½ cup of chopped pecans
  • 1/3 of cup of dried cranberries
  1. Step 1

The first thing to do is to preheat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and in the meantime chop the apple and the pecans.

  2. Step 2

In a skillet add the sausage and cook on medium heat for about eight minutes and crumble it while inside the skillet. Drain and put them aside.

  3. Step 3

Next prepare the stuffing (per box directions) with the melted butter or margarine (in the same skillet) and slowly add the crumble sausages and the chopped pecans and apple and the dried cranberries and stir on low heat for one minute.

  4. Step 4

Next place everything in a baking sheet and oven bake for thirty minutes always on 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
