It's time to play! Yes I said play! Take your kids to the playground! If you don't have kids just be a kid yourself. Playing at the playground can burn lots of calories. Let's turn on some fun music and dance! Dancing is a great form of exercise. It's good cardio and you spend so much time having fun you barely notice the workout. Dance yourself skinny and have fun doing it.
