Extract as much liquid as possible from the peach peelings by juicing them in a juicer. To avoid bitter peach peelings, use peaches with a white flesh instead of yellow, as they are usually sweeter.

    • 2

Taste the juice. If the juice is bitter or not sweet enough, add a small amount of sugar or apple juice.

    • 3

Pour the concentrated juice into a container or water pitcher. Slowly add small amounts of water until you achieve the desired taste. Store the peach juice in the refrigerator.
