      Brush the soiled area of the concrete wall with a stiff brush or broom to remove excess dirt or debris.

      Rinse the area with warm water from a garden hose or a power washer. Allow to air dry.

      Apply a full-strength alkaline concrete degreaser to the area of scuffing. Allow it to saturate for two to three hours. Reapply it and scrub it with a stiff brush to remove marks and scuffs. Repeat as needed until the marks are lifted. Rinse with plain water.
