The spaghetti was all that you hoped it would be: sinfully aromatic with a rich full bodied flavor that tantalized every taste bud. You enjoyed it so much that perhaps you saved some for later. Most would say that a doggie bag was in order, but your apparel may have been more convenient. Fortunately, tomato stains are easy to lift from cotton, almost as easy as putting them there to begin with.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Dish soap
  • Ice cube
  • Clean cloth
  1. Step 1

Apply two to three drops of dish soap to the stained area.

  2. Step 2

Allow the soap to sit on the stain for 10 minutes.

  3. Step 3

Rub the stain with an ice cube to work the dish soap in and dampen the area.

  4. Step 4

Blot up the moisture from the stain with a clean dry cloth.

  5. Step 5

    Launder the garment as usual.

Tips & Warnings
  • Do not put the garment in the dryer until the stain is gone as heat will set the stain.
