How to Create a Free Paper Banner

Most print shops will create a paper banner for you after charging you a small fee. However, by using software that is already on your computer, you can create your own paper banner and pocket the extra cash to be used on other party or event items.

Click on "File" and "Print" to print your banner. Depending on the printer that you are using, you may be able to use long banner paper. If you cannot use banner-length paper, you can use regular 8 1/2-inch by 11-inch paper. When using the regular-sized paper, your banner will be broken up in segments. You will have to tape, glue, or staple the pages together to assemble a complete banner.
